Yes, the error is in the code of one of your snippets and that notice is there to help you find what has caused the error. WPCode will automatically disable snippets that throw errors to avoid locking you out of the admin. You can read more about how this works in this article: https://wpcode.com/docs/php-error-handling-safe-mode/
If you want to find more details about why you snippets have been disabled you can enable Error Logging in the WPCode settings and then check the logs the next time the snippet gets disabled – that should point you in the right direction to adjust the snippet and prevent the error.
