# few errors – Internal server error.

 * I got an error with the plugin and deleted the plugin after I checked the box“
   Complete deactivation”. That error is resolved.
 * However, now I received an error “Internal server error. Stage: heuristic_analysis”.
   So I disable the options “**Scan links**“, “**Heuristic analysis**” and “**Scan
   HTML code**“, then launch the Malware Scanner again. It ran its course and no
   errors. I enable these options again, ran the code and I still get this error.
   There are no deactivated plugins. What else can be done.
