 * Hi,
 * I found a few small issues with the plugin. I hope you can fix them.
 * 1) The upcoming reservations in the booking list is sorted with todays reservations
   at the bottom, they should be at the top, so earliest date first.
 * 2) If a guest cancels their reservation with the {cancel_link}, that reservation
   is completely deleted. It should get the ‘closed’ status, just like when you
   cancel the reservation on the backend.
 * 3) Can you please allow the {site_name} tag in the subject of a notification
   email?
 * Thanks
    JP

 * Hello jp,
 * 1) Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate this issue. Bookings made via the
   front-end booking form, as well as those made manually in back end, both display,
   by default, with the soonest upcoming booking showing first and the furthest
   away booking showing at the bottom. Perhaps you clicked the Date column heading
   at one point to make it sort in reverse chronological order?
 * 2) Thank you for sharing your feedback about this. We’ll definitely take it into
   consideration. May I ask, is there any particular reason you would require the
   booking to still be listed in the admin after a guest cancels it? I ask because,
   if a guest cancels the booking themselves, the assumption is they are aware of
   the cancellation and meant to do it, which is not the case if you cancel it on
   them. So I’d be interested to hear your use case.
 * 3) We can definitely look into adding this. Although, for what reason would you
   prefer to use the tag, rather than just typing in the site name?

 * Thanks
 * 1) Mmm that’s really weird. I checked with a few other sites and only have the
   issue on one of them. On that site, I have to click the date 2 times to get the
   correct order, but as soon as leave the page and go back in, it’s wrong again.
   Looks like it has the wrong default sort order for some reason. Any idea?
 * 2) Just to be able to track how many cancellation there have been.
 * 3) For ease of use. I have a few restaurant demo sites with your plugin, I clone
   them when a customer wants that design.
    Sure I can type it, but the while idea
   of having the {site_name} and {site_link} tags is that it auto picks up from
   the general WP settings, right?
 * Thanks
    JP

 * Thanks for getting back to me.
 * 1) Could you enable debug mode and the debug log, so we can see if maybe there’s
   an error is causing this issue? You can enable debug mode either by editing the“
   wp-config.php” file ([https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG](https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG))
   or by using a plugin such as [https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug/).
 * If you could forward us any section of the log file that shows an error related
   to this issue, it would hopefully help us understand the plugin or the problem
   that might be causing it. I would recommend recreating the issue (e.g. navigating
   away from and then back to the Bookings page, so you know exactly what time to
   look for in the log).
 * 2) That makes sense. I’ll see if we can get that added in, in a future update.
 * 3) That also makes sense. That being said, the majority of people who are using
   this plugin are not cloning it over to other installs, so would have limited
   use for this functionality. I also imagine that, from site to site, you do have
   to make other adjustments to settings, even on that very same page notifications
   page. I definitely understand that it would create one less small thing that
   you would have to do when cloning it, but I just wanted to explain why/how, for
   us, it may not be a top priority. That being said, since we do already have other
   tags that can be used in the subject, it’s likely not a big change, so I will
   see if it might be possible to add it in at some point.

 * Hi and thanks
 * 1) Debug didn’t reveal anything but I found it is caused by the [Post Types Order plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/).
   If I disable its ‘Admin Sort’ setting the problem is fixed.
 * 2+3) ok and thanks.
