 * Hello,
 * I am making a video website in wordpress in which each video has three qualities
   allowing for people with good connections to get high quality video, while users
   with poorer connections/on mobile get lower quality video.
    The way it is now,
   we have to manually set the file for each quality, encoding it ourselves, etc
 * What I am looking for is a wordpress plugin or solution in which I just have 
   to upload the highest quality video and then have the two other qualities made
   and added to the listing just like youtube do.
