 * In the checkout page, when a customer fills all the field correctly, there are
   some that give an error message.
 * I have some additional text fields, Address, City, etc but they return “**Address**
   is not a valid phone number.”
 * I’ve looked in the field settings and they are all TEXT type, not phone. If I
   write a number, it doesn’t give any errors, but its wrong.
 * If I disable the pluggin, the default checkout form works too.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ffield-wrong-validation%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@uidigoras](https://wordpress.org/support/users/uidigoras/)
 * Please can you point me on which specific field is the one that is not working
   as expected on your website?
 * In the meanwhile, you can go trought basic debugging as folloing:
 * – Confirm you have the latest version of the plugin and that your overall website
   is up to date (plugins, theme, WP core)
 * Also, debug as following if you haven’t done yet:
    - Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    - Switch to Storefront theme and test
    - Disable any custom scripts you might have
    - .
 * You might need to clean cache each time

 * Hi [@sebastopolys](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sebastopolys/)
 * Thank your for your answer.
 * Sorry, I disabled the fields so it could work.
    I enabled one of the fields,
   it’s called “Población (opcional)”
 * To answer your debugging steps:
    1. I updated WordPress to 6.2 and all the plugins and theme.
    2. If I deactivate your plugin, the default checkout form works, so I already know
       the ploblem lies here.
    3. I don’t have any custom scripts
 * Thank you.

 * Yes of course, I understand that if you deactivate our plugin it works, but in
   order to confirm / discard plugin incompatibility, you need to test deactivating
   all the rest of plugins and see if it fixes.
 * Also, please test with Storefront theme
