# Fields doesn’t work at all

 * Hello,
 * I don’t know why, but all fields don’t want to work.
    For example, in the Submission
   Behavior message, I wrote:
 * _Thank you {name} ! The e-book will be sent to your_
 * Buy, when I submit in the front.end success message, I see again:
 * _Thank you {name} ! The e-book will be sent to your_
 * Could you help me?
    Thank you!
 * EDIT: ok, a few hours ago, I remember that it worked and I see that collected
   a bunch of mail (I’m working in local, for testing.
    Now, I even not able to 
   collect email in the local list. It seems Hustle don’t recognize any {field}.
   Form that time I didn’t add/remove any plug-in. Just work with Hustle.
 * I also used a template: same story: no one field is working.

 * Could you provide us of export of your popup(s) so we can have a closer look 
   at your settings and test it out on our end?
 * You can go to Hustle > Pop-ups, click on Gear icon next to your popup and get
   the export from there.
    Upload the export file to any file sharing service like
   GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here.

    I also installed the plug-in on our live
   website, all is ok, but I’m not able to receive the email =/

 * If it suddenly started working, then either settings weren’t saved before, or
   perhaps there is some cache active on your site that was interfering.
