 * Hi All,
    and thank you in advance for your help. What is the easiest and most
   affordable solution for the following? I would like to set up a page on website
   that my clients can directly send me videos through. Most videos will be around
   2-3 min of average quality. Any help is greatly appreciated!

   plugin will let you create a form with a field for uploading files.

 * Thanks for the reply.
    I just tried to install visual form builder and it locked
   up my whole site. all i get now no matter what I try to do is the following error
   message. Please help CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not
   returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

   management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/visual-
   form-builder/ folder.
