File Upload Not Working

I’m unable to get files to upload into the directory I’ve specified (../wp-content/uploads/changes/). No error, no warning.

I’ve verified the folder has properties 755 and have tried every write method in the advanced settings.

What am I missing? Thank you ….. Rick
