# File Upload – path changed?!

 * Hi there,
 * we’ve been using the regular field upload for quite some time now and never had
   any issues with it.
    Fields were uploaded to [https://www.example.com/uploads/tp/filename.png](https://www.example.com/uploads/tp/filename.png)
 * However, the path must have changed. All new fiel uploads are stored in various
   subfolder that have an alphanumeric name such as
    [https://www.example.com/uploads/tp/fc51474867944181363fad9a6c501b76/filename.png](https://www.example.com/uploads/tp/fc51474867944181363fad9a6c501b76/filename.png)
 * Any idea why? I cannot find these alphanumeric folder via FTP, so I’m at a dead
   end.

    I do understand that some questions require a deeper 
   look into it from a technical point of view. Somehow I missed the monthly option
   for Caldera Pro. I’ll get in touch with your support directly.
