# File Uploading Issues

 * All files will upload except for the .ai’s and .psds
 * I run a custom printing shop, and some people like to send their own artwork 
   to us. I enabled the file types in the settings, and increased the limit for 
   the maximum file size, so no problems on the actual uploading.
 * The problem is in the email where it does not link to the file and it is not 
   uploaded to the website.
 * Thanks for any help. I couldn’t find anything here in the forums similar to my
   issue.
