# File Zilla help

 * I read this a lot of times :

 * and I hosted at this free web hosting site :
 * [http://www.awardspace.com](http://www.awardspace.com)
 * The guide ” How to use File Zilla said something about FTP Password and Username,
   I created one at my cPanel and it said the path is /home/www/protoman with username
   is protoman_EXE and password is ” something ” (this is not a valid one , of course)
   but when I tries to connect to ftp://awardspace.com/home/www/protoman with the
   username and password I chose at the cPanel (In the FTP Manager in cPanel) but
   failed because incorrect password , why ? Please help me , thank you very much.

 * are you sure you are connecting to right host ?
 * “all FTP Hosts are listed in your Control Panel, FTP Manager section on the bottom
   of the page”
