 * I just migrated a clients site to my hosting platform. Setup the plugin but the“
   Certificate.crt” and “Private.pem” files are empty.
 * GoDaddy CPanel won’t allow me to paste empty values into the textbox.

   try using RESET option once and run the SSL install form of WP Encryption to 
   generate new SSL certificate. Let us know your site url if you still see empty
   values.
