 * Did you recently install the WordPress Access Control plugin ? The plugin was
   last updated in Sep 2014 …
 * If not run a [Sucuri SiteCheck](https://sitecheck.sucuri.net) scan just to be
   sure.
 * No need to worry about the listed “Removed” cache and “Changed” .htaccess file(
   s) … allthough the changed .htaccess file does indicate something was changed
   you might not realise.
 * You might want to add the wp-content/cache/ folder to the excluded **Files and
   Folders List** setting in the iTSec plugin **File Change Detection** settings.
   Cache folder content changes all the time …

 * Indeed that was the “problem”.
    The next time i install a plugin i wil turn off
   the option file changes in itheme before and afterwords turn it on again.
 * Your advice tot exclude the cache i will follow.

 * Turning off the File Change Detection feature before installing a new plugin 
   and then enabling the feature again after plugin install will not make any difference…
 * Send me an email _[ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc.
   only in the forums ]_ and I’ll explain in Dutch why not.
