# Files Missing After Update

 * When accessing media files via Elementor the pictures are no longer in files 
   as they were before the update. Is there a new setting that we’re missing?
 * The files do appear using WordPress’ media tab.

 * May I know if you are using lite or Pro-version of FileBird, please?
 * And from which version did you switched from?
 * Also, can you please send a screenshot to show what you see when you try to add

 * My entire Library is missing and I cannot change or add images to the site even
   though they are in the directory. So the files in /srv/www/wordpress/wp-content/
   uploads/2022 are on the system but not recognized by the Media Library

 * I’m using FileBird Lite Version 5.0.5. I do not know what version we were using
   before the update. Here are 3 separate screenshots: 1] Elementor’s slide tool
   showing the button that links to the media files, 2] Media files showing that
   the folders are missing, and 3] the folders when going directly to the Media 
   tab. Before the update all folders were seen when selecting images from Elementor.

 * Elementor is supported in our FileBird Pro version since FileBird 4 long time
   ago.
