# Filter attributes

 * Hello.
    Thanks for your plugin. I have set up a filter for the material attributes(
   wool, cotton …). The problem is : if the attribute is not used for “product variations”,(
   only “visible on page product”) the filter does not appear! That is not practical.
   Is this normal? Thanks ! romano

 * Please try to click on “Recount Terms” and “Clear transients” in **WooCommerce
   > Status > Tools** and let us know if this will solve your issue.

    did you create your attribute from **Product -> Attributes** or inline
   from product page?

    I created my attributes from Product -> Attributes 
   And after I add my attribute in each product page (in the product data table).
