# Filter by location – dropdown created, but doesn’t function

 * I am trying to add a location filter box, and think I am 90% of the way there,
   but I can’t get the dropdown to actually filter by location.
 * Here’s what I did:
    1. I created a new taxonomy called “Locations” and associated
   this with the post types: Events and Locations. I added the two locations that
   we have as taxonomy entries. 2. This causes a new Locations item to be associated
   with each event (and also with each location as originally defined in EM). I 
   associated the originaly EM locations and each event with the appropriate new
   taxonomy location. 3. I checked the Locations checkbox that now appears in the
   WPFC settings.
 * WP Full Calendar does show the drop down, but selecting any of the locations 
   has no effect – the calendar always shows events from all locations.
 * What am I doing wrong? Is there a simpler way?
