# Filter doesnt work

 * I made an filter which filters products by color attribute.
    So currently it 
   doesnt work. It give the parameters to url but still show all products.
 * please help.

 * It sounds like we’re missing some background information here – did you create
   that filter yourself using custom code or are you using a separate plugin for
   that? Would you mind elaborating a bit on how that’s configured?
 * Finally, if you can also share a copy of your system status report (found under**
   WooCommerce > System Status**), that’d be great 🙂
