Filter drop down no longer working (PRO)

Hi there,

first: I can’t log into my user account on ewplife, though I am a pro customer. Password reset mail never arrives (and I do not have a spam filter on the address I used). I sent mails but also these do not seem to arrive anywhere at ewplife. This is embarrassing.

New to my problem: I have galleries with many filter categories. All of a sudden, the filter dropdown in gallery backend stopped working. I cant get it to drop down.

Thus the whole gallery plugin can’t be used for new pictures and even worse, I can’t correct inappropriate filter categories on pictures I alread have online.

I tried with different browsers, user is admin role.

Please help, it hast been a lot of work to sort and tag all the pictures and users need to get to know, WHAT they see in the pics (it is an educational page about parasites for animal carers). Thank you very much!
