Filter Logs Based on Referrer

I’ve been getting a lot of referral spam lately and it would be nice if there was a way to filter this type of stuff out of my logs or delete it from the database altogether.

For example, I supposedly get referrals from Google but it’s just a bot that hits my site a few hundred times a day that passes false referral info and I’d like to be able to filter it out by the pattern that it always uses.
