# Filter Metadata doesn´t work

 * Hi,
 * I have created a new automation with a filter which is a metadato, but does not
   recognize the metadata.
 * I have in my webpage a personalize lenguage metadata “idioma” and the options
   are “en” (English) or “es” (Spanish). when a user registers, depending on whether
   is on the page in English or Spanish, the “idioma” metadata is added.
 * I have checked it and the language is being added fine but the email that is 
   sent is not taking the metadata, it always takes “es” although in the user it
   says “en” and it is sending the email in Spanish and in the plugin logs it says
   that it has rejected the email in English because the metadata was not “en” when
   in the user it has “en”.

 * Possibly it is the trigger that you are using that is executed before the user
   has updated that goal, try doing this:
 * 1 – Change the trigger to, the user logs in (to ensure that the goal is up to
   date)
    2 – Change the trigger to, the user’s goal X is updated with the Y value
   3 – Use Schedule Actions to delay the action for a few seconds to allow time
