Filter options reversed

    Hi,

    The filter options for Most Recent, Highest Rating and Lowest Rating appear to be reversed e.g.

    • Most recent, I get the oldest reviews first (I also have review Extensions > Sort Order > set to Most recent reviews)
    • highest rating shows lowest rated reviews
    • Lowest rated shows highest rated reviews.

    Can you see if you can replicate this issue at your end please?

    NB: the sort order was originally correct when first configuring the plugin, with newest reviews first. Once I changed the front end spot option while testing, the results were in reverse order and will not revert to the correct order now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The sorting option could be affected by a third-party plugin or custom code on your site. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue.
