Hi @eriines,
Well, can you please try reducing image height from Settings -> Image height? please check this out: https://d.pr/i/XRR4eN
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi @tushar284 ,
thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have tried that. Sorry, I did not explain myself right. My problem is that, when adjusting the image height on the mobile setup, then the image height changes for the rest of screen types. The result is that, when I adjust the imagine size to the mobile setup, it keeps the same image height for tablet and desktop.
Is it possible to set a different image height for each screen-type?
Thanks for your help!
Hi @eriines,
Actually, you cant set different image height for each screen-type. I think if you select 1 column for mobile devices, it will look better. Can you please try and let me know the update?
Thank you!
Hi @tushar284,
thanks again for your suggestion.
I selected 1 column for the mobile device because it is the only way I found to make the images look in size-proportioned.
However, I would like to set two columns for mobile devices and change the image height independently for each screen-type. But that’s not working for me. If I change the image height for mobile screen, it changes also for the rest of screen types, no idea why…
However, the image size(including height) changes responsively when I select the option “no gap between columns” and I do not write any image size. But then the problem is that the images have different heights/formats depending on the device they were taken with, or on the position -vertical or horizontal- they were taken.
Hope I explained myself right. Any suggestion on how to proceed?
Thanks so much!
Hi @eriines,
Unfortunately, you cant set different height for each screen-type at this moment.
Anyway, I will discuss this with our team and we will try to implement this option in near future.
Thank you for your suggestion. Have a nice day!
