Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The reason your feed is not working properly is because you have used multiple include only filters. You can use only 1 per configured feed (hence the only). You can use multiple exclude filters though so perhaps you can solve it that way?
Thanks for the quick reply but still, it’s not working.
I’ve applied 1 filter only:
IF product name CONTAINS ‘costume’ THEN include only
The feed generated shows all my product. I still don’t get it .
Are you perhaps looking at an old cached version of your feed?
I’ve figured it out by just choosing 1 filter ‘Category’ and thus my products are showing in that specific category. However, some items are not taken into account in the feed, and it’s been 4 hours I’m struggling with it.
Check the feed for example by clicking here.
You will see that the item ‘Sac Spiderman Maternelle’ never appears while it’s in the right category on my website.
And another example is ‘Cartable Spiderman CP Rouge’ appears twice for unknown reason with the same datas twice.
What’s wrong here?
I’ve checked the whole forum and I remove those xml files from the cache, but the issue remains.
Please find the debug.log updated as well here.
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Are you sure you have updated your feed? I checked and it seems like the last time it was updates was yesterday morning:
[13 Aug 2023 09:02] => 15
13 Aug 2023 09:31] => 15
Hello,
I clicked on the button ‘refresh the feed’ a lot of times, even today few hours earlier, but still, the debug.log keep show ‘[13 Aug 2023 09:02]’
This means that the feed don’t get refresh ?
Thanks
Hi,
The debug.log itself only gets updated when you follow the steps as described in this blog post: https://boutique-spider-man.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log. Hence, you need to do the &debug=true thing again to get the debug.log updated.
Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing some serverside (object) caching causing you to look at the old content of your feed?
Hello,
Thanks for the reply,
We personnaly exclude URL and plugin from cache but so far issue remains.
Any other way to fix it ?
It’s been 3 days we’re struggling to configure the right feed.
Hi,
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the caching issue. As shown in the debug.log the plugin/feed does update, you are just seeing the old cached content. You should be able to verify this by creating a complete new feed and see if that contains the correct data.
It is probably best you take this up with the support team of your caching plugin/software.
Assuming the issue has been resolved and our help is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.
