Is there a way to costumize Offline message after checkout?

Your ticket order has been submitted! Any payment due will be collected when you arrive at the event. ?

Yes. You can customize that text usign the ‘mt_get_message_text’ filter. That’s the message returned in the ‘payment_due’ context.

add_filter( 'mt_get_message_text', 'my_message_text', 10, 3 );
function my_message_text( $original, $context, $type ) {
    if ( 'payment_due' == $context ) {
         return "<div class='payment_due offline mt-message'><p>Your text here</p></div>";
    }

    return $original;
}
