final solution for caption in slideshow

hi,

What I am trying to achieve: having captions visible in slideshow view mode, withtout enabling Flash. I mean here single short caption for each image.

Many people posted bout that already, yet I couldn’t find any ultimate solution to the problem and I do think a lot of people need the same.

Any idea about how to do it with some php lines in the nggfunctions.php? or how to do it with custom fields? I’de extremely grateful for any good hint.

I also dare to propose that this could become a feature to be achieved in the plugin options one day or another. Mny thanks for the great plugin , it is just perfect and flexible from mayn other point of views.
