# Find another plugin

 * Was happy with the plugin until my trial expired. Tried to contact them to upgrade
   my account so I could purchase a higher tiered plan – contact form broken. Emailed
   them. Took 2 days to get a response of them forwarding to someone else to help.
   Another couple of days go by and nothing.
 * Found another plugin in meantime so my site could be functional. Liked the other
   plugin better and its FREE. Support also responded within 15 min!
 * Emailed iflychat to cancel my upgrade request and they got back to me in 10 min.
   I really tried to give them my money. but oh well.
