 * Hi
I created my own theme and validated my CSS and everything seemed to be working
in IE and Firefox, so I uploaded the files.
 * Now it’s only displaying ok in IE (black text on white background), however for
some reason Firefox seems seems to be making the text invisible (white on white).
I’ve rechecked my CSS etc and it’s still valid and I’ve disabled the plugins
that I’ve recently added to no avail.
 * I can only pinpoint it to the <p> tag. Since anything that seems to use this
tag is not being displayed properly in Firefox. Firefox also seems to be ignoring
the div id tags I’m using for the intros.
 * I’m obviously missing something, but I’m really can’t work out what.
 * Any help would be greatly appeciated.

 * You have <font color=”#ffffff”> embedded EVERYWHERE! It is over-riding all your
   css color styles.

 * I’ve gone through the CSS and tried to clear out my over-enthusiastic use of #
ffffff as best I can and uploaded the new file but it’s still not resolved.
 * Can you suggest which area I should be concentrating on – I just can’t see the
   wood for the trees!
 * The word count / read time isn’t displaying the right colour either.
 * Many thanks for your help.

 * Okay, there is one more font color #fff, right in front of <div id=”sidebarright”
   >
 * Delete that one and also the </font> at the very bottom of your footer, and I
   think you’ll be alright.

 * Ah, yes – forgot to check the sidebar boxes I created in WP!
    Right, I’ve removed
the rogue #ffffff but have been unable to locate the </font> at the very bottom
   of the footer.
 * The text seems to be displaying properly in FF now thanks, but the footer has
become intermittent in it’s positioning. Any more clues as to the rogue font
   tag?
 * Thanks once again for your help

 * I guess firefox adds in that extra /font, because I don’t see it anymore. Site
looks visible now, kudos. What do you mean by intermittent?
