# Firefox doesn’t display correctly

 * Hello there, I’m having an issue that I can’t seem to resolve, and it may be 
   a caching issue. The page looks perfect on chrome, but won’t work on Firefox.

 * I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you 
   with this.
    Yes, I can see the issue on the firefox and I can see that it looks
   good on chrome, safari, and IE. Can you please disable W3 Total Cache and see
   if the issue persists so we can determine if it’s related to caching? ALso which
   settings do you have enabled in Performance>General settings? thanks!

 * Hi Marko, thank you for looking into this. I disabled W3 Total Cache and it made
   no difference… So in that case, it must not be a caching issue – do you agree?
   Is it still worth looking at the general settings, or no?

 * It appears so. This issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
