# Firewall- API issue

 * Hello,
 * The firewall limits me to use another plugin to import photos & products from
   another website. My web host has checked that “The block rest API issue occur
   due to Wordfence”. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

 * If Wordfence is blocking another plugin, such as an import photo plugin you described,
   can you try these steps to get Wordfence to whitelist this plugin?
 * 1. Go to Wordfence -> Firewall -> All Firewall Options
    2. Set the Status to `
   Learning Mode` 3. Save Changes
 * Now try to import your photos, if it works, then go back into your Firewall and
   set it back to Enabled.

 * I’m unable to find the Learning Mode button. It disappeared after the learning
   mode period (7 days)
