# Firewall Blocking Screenreader

 * I am trying to use the screenreader Thunder by Sensory Software Ltd. 2011 and
   followed the link to the support forum on wordpress when the firewall configuration
   is idle and not processing setup which was supposed to go to a help page on wordpress.
   org but the webpage loads but cannot be read by my screenreader. It says “firewall
   blocked text processing” or something of that nature.

 * Just to clarify – this is your own networks firewall? Can you whitelist the URL
   in the firewall? Otherwise, you should probably contact the screen reader or 
   firewall developer for further support.
