# Firewall causing problem

 * Backuper is sending empty backup files (0 byte files) to the ftp backup destination
   when iptables are active.
 * If I kill iptables the backup is OK — turn iptables back on and the backup is
   back to 0 bytes.
 * The funny thing is I only have INCOMING rules setup — all FORWARDED and OUTGOING
   traffic is automatically allowed.
 * In any event, Backuper can obviously connect to the remote server because it 
   is creating the 0 byte files…but somehow an INCOMING rules is causing it to send
   0 bytes…
 * Any idea what I can try? Sure has me bumfuzzled 🙂
