First Class Shipping

I added First Class Large Envelope shipping to my store. The problem is that it is showing a price for $2.80 for an envelope less than 1/4 inch wide. My envelopes are over 1/4 inch wide which would be $5.40 according to the USPS site. How do I get this price to show up on my store checkout page?? I am so confused.

I figured out the first class issue, but I am having flat rate issues now. Basically I can’t fit more than 3 bars of soap into a small flat rate package. When I select 4 or more bars, it is still giving me the Small Flat Rate price of $7.65 upon checkout when I need the Flat Rate Padded Envelope rate of $7.75 to show up. Here is the System Status:

It appears the issue is specific to the product’s shipping dimensions not fitting into the allowed volume of the package.
Packing calculations are volume-based so V = L x W x H
You’ll want to confirm the allowed volume of the package you’re wanting to pack with the volume of each product and/or the total volume amount of all products expected to be packed. Here is a link to compare the inside of each Flat Rate package with the products in your store:
