 * I have been looking for a WP solution to solve this very problem your targeting.
   Great job for that!
 * I can’t seem to figure out how to implement this plugin. I have it installed 
   but upon scrolling I only see a thin modal window at the footer of the page which
   displays the site name, WP branding, and the theme name.
 * Can you please point me in the right direction as to how to get your plugin working?
   I am not using the standard themes offered by WP. I have limited PHP experience
   but with help I can work towards getting started.
