# FIRST TIMER HELP

 * I down load wordpress and unzip it into a new file. everything appears ok
    following
   the readme file Open wp-admin/install.php I do this and all I get is what is 
   in the file in a wordpad document I read further to go into wp-config.php-sample.
   php I follow instructions and save it. doesnt seem to make any difference
 * Can some person help me please the famous 5 minute install is running into 5 
   hours

   plugin did you try and deactivate all plugins and try if it works activate one
   at time to find the conflicting plugin.
