 * You had indicated that you were going to improve wp. I see no improvements.
 * No improvement to search and find pages
 * Haven’t improved several things. Like I work on content and have to roll up to
   top to bold a text. Should be on sidebar.
 * You waste your time on block content instead of improving legacy wp.

 * By “legacy wp” do you mean the Classic Editor? If so, that will never receive
   improvements.
 * If you’re running into bugs, or feel there is a way to do things better, with
   the new editor and have confirmed the issue still exists with no active plugins
   and the Twenty Twenty or higher theme (up to Twenty Twenty-Three) in use, please

 * Why wouldn’t you update classic editor? A lot of developers use classic. (Hate
   Block editor)

 * I can’t speak for that decision, I wasn’t a part of it, but when the new editor
   was introduced, it was announced as the next phase of WordPress’s editor, not
   as an entirely separate thing.

   > across your site.

 * That same announcement also warned:
 * > Prefer to stick with the familiar Classic Editor? No problem! **Support for
   > the Classic Editor plugin will remain in WordPress through 2021.**
 * Emphasis mine.
 * The life of the Classic Editor plugin has been extended a few times:
 * > will be fully supported and maintained until 2024, or as long as is necessary.

 * But, I suspect it inevitably will be discontinued, it hasn’t been part of WordPress’s
   roadmap since 4.9.

 * FWIW, I understand that folks still use the Classic Editor, I understand why,
   but I’m just clearing up here that the Classic Editor will not be updated any
   further, and hasn’t since WordPress 4.9. In fact, the only fixes going into the
   Classic Editor plugin are there to bandage compatibility with current WordPress
   releases.

 * I tried switching to block editor, and it brought my site down.
