 * In order to help you, some details are needed. As it says in the [FAQ](https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#what-do-i-put-in-my-post),
 * > Include details about the hosting environment, WordPress install (plugins,
   > themes, etc.), and the problem being faced when posting a topic.
   > If there are errors, copy them exactly, word for word, into the post. It’s
   > best to include the full error than to summarize – sometimes wording is important.
   > If a plugin was activated or a setting changed immediately before the error
   > occurred, mention that and, if possible, exactly what steps were taken.

 * It only helps a little bit. You didn’t mention what version of WP you have or
what you changed before you started getting errors. (line numbers can be different
   in each version)
 * The error saying `Class 'Requests_Hooks' not found` indicates that there could
be a problem with the installation, since that class is part of WP.
    If you can
get into the admin, go to the Updates page and click on Reinstall. If you can’t
get into the admin, you can read about [Manual Update](https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update)
so you can make sure all the files are there.
