12. Masteriyo lms lessons and quizzes won’t load on litespeed webserver with litespeed cache enabled.
Ii followed the configuration guide of Masteriyo amd used litespeed cache plugin to exclude those pages. But unfortunately then again, there was problem in loading lessons and quizzes and buttons in learn page. Could you please check on a litespeed webserver with server cache and do the process i did(following the guide of Masteriyo +ls cache plugin) to see the problem? Thanks

Unable to replicate the issue, as the payment gateway mentioned requires a merchant code for testing. It is working correctly with Stripe and PayPal.

- Applying Desired Font in Masteriyo: You can apply fonts via global settings:
Customize > Global > Layout > Body > Naskh. If the font is unavailable, suggest using a font plugin.
- Skip Buttons (Forward/Backward) in RTL (Arabic)
Issue replicated and report to developer team. The video player buttons appear reversed in RTL mode. We will include this fix on our upcoming update.

Currently, purchased courses appear under the “Your Courses” section.
The dashboard only shows counts (in-progress, enrolled, completed).
Suggestion:
Add a notice to inform users that purchased courses are available under “Your Courses.”

9. Hide Buy/Start/Register Button
This can be configured for course pages and single course pages via settings.
However, it cannot be hidden for courses displayed on the homepage (using the eLearning theme).

The homepage course block is predefined and does not inherit course settings.

2. Yes correct but if you click on Start quiz, you’ll see the timer is not showing correctly. For example we set 5 minutes for quiz, but when we start it, it’ll show a big number (Arabic rtl)
3. The video recording was not in the user account. Please check the course cards in the account page tablet mode.
4. In the same video at the end of the video, you can see how was your learning and sending review. That text is not clear in dark mode dear if you check the end of the video again.

It seems there is a misunderstanding regarding the above information. We are not advertising the premium version, nor are we providing support specifically for premium plugin users here, as we are fully aware of the WordPress support guidelines.
This user is using our free plugin, not the premium version. According to the user: “I tested the latest free and paid (demo) version and these things need fixes.” This message clearly indicates that the paid demo test site was used to verify the issue.
The last PDF Lesson is only a premium feature mentioned, which the user may have noticed during testing, so we just wanted to clarify that the issue is not replicated.

We have tested again and were able to replicate the following issues only:
- Masteriyo video player controls are misaligned in RTL (Arabic) mode
- Quiz timer displays an incorrect duration in RTL mode (e.g., 5 minutes shows as 50 minutes)
We will include fixes for these issues in our upcoming updates.
For the other issues you mentioned, we were unable to replicate them on our end. If you could share your site link, we will check and provide possible solutions accordingly.
