    Hi dear Masteriyo team. I tested the latest free and paid(demo) version and these things need fixes.

    1. Woocomerce integration: when we connect a payment to woocomerce and a user make a purchase of a course but won’t finalize the purchase and click in Cancel Purchase, he won’t be able to go to checkout page to pay again. Woocomerce says: this cannot be done, call the website manager.
    2. When the language of wordpress is Arabic and we make a quiz and set a time limit for it, for example 5 minutes, when the users start that quiz(website RTL arabic) the timer shows 30 days and 59 minutes etc. [Dear Masteriyo Please make the website language Arabic to see the problem]
    3. The course cards don’t look nice on tablet mode in dashboard. The photos of the courses are stretched.
    4. The green color of the checked mark of esson in the menu in the learn page is not clear in dark mode. The course finish message texts are not clear in dark mode. The lesson completed is not clear in dark mode and some others.
    5. We need css codes to apply our desired font(for example font: Naskh which has 6 weights from light to black) on account page, course page, learn page and everywhere because I’m using Elearning theme.
    6. the the skip forward and backward buttons in Masteriyo player are not shows as usual in RTL and the play/pause button is in the right. The player’s buttons usually and better not change in RTL and better to stay the same if English order.[you can check the problem by making the wordpress language Arabic and watch a video in Learn page to see the problem]
    7. The backward/forward buttons in thr video player will not hide when we are in the learn page playing a video and scrolling down. When we scroll down, the seek buttons of the player will be on the footer of the Learn page when the complete lesson is located.
    8. pdf lessons are not loading the pdf file.
    9. The name of the course became clickable in the account course but not in the dashboard when the course is there after course start.
    10. It is confusing the users when they can’t see the course in the dashboard after purchase and they have to start the course in the course in account page and then the course will appear in the dashboard. This is a ux problem and make many users ask me: we bought the course but it is not in our account page and i should dhow them one by one to click on my courses on the account page to see the course.
    11. The buy/start course /register button can be hidden in the settings for courses in courses page and single course page. But Cannot ne hidden for the courses in homepage and there is no option for that(I’m using the Elearning theme)

    12. Masteriyo lms lessons and quizzes won’t load on litespeed webserver with litespeed cache enabled.

    Ii followed the configuration guide of Masteriyo amd used litespeed cache plugin to exclude those pages. But unfortunately then again, there was problem in loading lessons and quizzes and buttons in learn page. Could you please check on a litespeed webserver with server cache and do the process i did(following the guide of Masteriyo +ls cache plugin) to see the problem? Thanks

    We have tested all the issues you mentioned but were unable to replicate most of them. For your reference, we have included screen recordings for each issue.

    If you could share a screen recording or your site link, it would help us investigate further and assist you more effectively.

    1. WooCommerce Integration
      Unable to replicate the issue, as the payment gateway mentioned requires a merchant code for testing. It is working correctly with Stripe and PayPal.

    Recommendation: Please ask the user to contact the payment gateway support team.

    4. Applying Desired Font in Masteriyo: You can apply fonts via global settings:
      Customize > Global > Layout > Body > Naskh. If the font is unavailable, suggest using a font plugin.
    5. Skip Buttons (Forward/Backward) in RTL (Arabic)
      Issue replicated and report to developer team. The video player buttons appear reversed in RTL mode. We will include this fix on our upcoming update.

      User expectation: In RTL mode, buttons should behave similarly to English (LTR) mode.

    6. Unable to Click Course Name in Student Dashboard: Issue not replicated.

    7. User Confusion – Purchased Course Not Visible in Dashboard
      Currently, purchased courses appear under the “Your Courses” section.
      The dashboard only shows counts (in-progress, enrolled, completed).

    Suggestion:
    Add a notice to inform users that purchased courses are available under “Your Courses.”

    9. Hide Buy/Start/Register Button
    This can be configured for course pages and single course pages via settings.
    However, it cannot be hidden for courses displayed on the homepage (using the eLearning theme).

      Issue replicated.
      The homepage course block is predefined and does not inherit course settings.

        12. LiteSpeed web servers or Shared hostings are not recommended for the Masteriyo LMS plugin. This has been clearly mentioned in our system requirements as well as on our pricing page.

        2. Yes correct but if you click on Start quiz, you’ll see the timer is not showing correctly. For example we set 5 minutes for quiz, but when we start it, it’ll show a big number (Arabic rtl)

        3. The video recording was not in the user account. Please check the course cards in the account page tablet mode.

        4. In the same video at the end of the video, you can see how was your learning and sending review. That text is not clear in dark mode dear if you check the end of the video again.

        Thank you for showing your concern,

        It seems there is a misunderstanding regarding the above information. We are not advertising the premium version, nor are we providing support specifically for premium plugin users here, as we are fully aware of the WordPress support guidelines.

        This user is using our free plugin, not the premium version. According to the user: “I tested the latest free and paid (demo) version and these things need fixes.” This message clearly indicates that the paid demo test site was used to verify the issue.

        The last PDF Lesson is only a premium feature mentioned, which the user may have noticed during testing, so we just wanted to clarify that the issue is not replicated.

        I hope this clarifies the situation.

        Hi @derlehre,

        Thank you for writing back.

        We have tested again and were able to replicate the following issues only:

        1. Masteriyo video player controls are misaligned in RTL (Arabic) mode
        2. Quiz timer displays an incorrect duration in RTL mode (e.g., 5 minutes shows as 50 minutes)

        We will include fixes for these issues in our upcoming updates.

        For the other issues you mentioned, we were unable to replicate them on our end. If you could share your site link, we will check and provide possible solutions accordingly.
