# Fixed header padding

 * I’ve made a child theme (Magazine-Flow-Child) so that our header will remain 
   in a fixed position. My question is how do I put padding to match the header 
   so that when the page loads the complete page is visible?
    Currently with the
   fixed header some of the page content lies behind the header.

 * WPyogi thanks for the quick reply. I activated the child theme so you can take
   a look at what I’m talking about. Maybe it’s the background I need to pad and

 * I’ll need to revert back to the original header, hopefully you had time to take
   a look. In the meantime I will be trying a few things to remedy a solution to
   our problem.

 * I don’t see a child theme on that site. But as that’s a commercial theme, you
   should contact the developer for help:

 * I deactivated the child’s theme until I remedy the problem. Thanks for your assistance.
