 * I have installed the plugin Q2W3 Fixed Widget and it works when I am logged on
   wordpress.org, but not when I am logged-out or in other browsers.
 * That doesn’t do me or my viewers much good.
 * My theme is raindrops, and my blog can be found on

 * simply don’t use that cache plugin while you are making customizations.

 * But, I have cleared my caches.
 * I have tried on other computers too.
 * It doesn’t work on any browser or any computer, except when I am logged in on
   my wordpress.org account.
 * I am really stuck on this one.
