hi, too help with posts they violate post rules, is there a way any user logged in can flag a post and it deactivates and goes into moderation ? this would be very helpful and keeping moderation of all posts down

Yes we have this featue see 2.14 https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/main-settings/moderation/

2.14) Report abuse: Check this option if you want to enable the report abuse option. Therefore, from the front end visitor report to the admin via mail that the particular listing is abuse.
