Flat Rate $0 for small items

    I have Flat Rate shipping set up but would like to make this Flat Rate shipping $0 for small items only. Is it possible to set up a class that makes Flat Rate shipping free for just certain items?
    But keep the Flat Rate shipping for all normal items?

    Just thinking if this is possible and the easiest way to set this up 🙂
