    I am having the same problem.

    WP says my plugins are up to date, but I am on version 3.10.7. How do I get the update??

    Perhaps WordPress just didn’t check for updates yet, it has a interval of 24-36h I think.

    You can trigger a check for updates in your dashboard if you go to Dashboard > Updates.
