# Flipbox 9 Effect bug

 * Hello,
 * I’m using the flipbox 9 image hover effect. So far everything works fine.
    Until
   now it is only the test-site and not really live. 😉
 * But when you click on an image, the page always jumps to the top. This seems 
   to be a bug. Is there a way to solve this or even to turn off the possibility
   of “clicking”? Because it is rather unattractive that way.

 * After checking your website we ensure that you add # as URL so it’s HTML property
   and after clicking this # return you to the top. Kindly go into our shortcode
   editing page and save your data with a blank URL.
 * As you add a blank URL, the link property can’t work and your data will show 
   properly.

 * Thank you for the answer.
 * However, I still could not solve the problem so far. I don’t see anywhere in 
   the shortcode where I could enter a URL or did it with a “#”.
 * However, I have since determined that is obviously related to a CSS style from
   another plugin. Unfortunately I can’t find a solution for this either.
 * If I set in the CSS “pointer-events: none;”, then the link is gone. But of course
   also the hover property. Unfortunately I’m not so good in own scripting. But 
   maybe there is a tip for me… THANKS!!! Would help me a lot.

   as I mention. I add the # as a link property and make it blank into your shortcode.
 * Gon into the shortcode editing page and click the edit button to open your data.
   Once data is opened in modal form kindly make blank at link property.
 * Once you saved without any text a tag can’t load and your issues will be solved.
 * Hope you can solve the issues properly. If can’t kindly reply as I will share
   a short video including your issues.
