Floating button display rules

    The new floating button option is great however it seems to follow the same display rules as the popup. So if the popup is dismissed then the floating button also stops showing. Ideally, the floating button persists even when the popup is dismissed so that users can re-open the popup if they want to.

    Thank you for your message. This behavior is correct, the floating button follows the same display rules as the popup. If the popup is set to appear only on specific pages, the floating button will also appear only on those pages.

    If you want the floating button to show everywhere, you’ll need to adjust the display rules accordingly and set it to display site-wide.
