Font/CSS changes

    Hi,

    After installing and setup some elements on website change style. For example price, add to cart button text, labels on cart/checkout page, category titles. Seems like something from the plugin is overriding them as they do get “bolder” or different font. I cannot see different font with inspect but they are different from previous look.
    I have used the plugin for different sites but never ran into such problem. What could be the cause of it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Our plugin does not have any CSS code that styles the Add to Cart button text or other elements that are not related to the review. Can you please deactivate our plugin for a while and check if this issue persists?

    If I deactive plugin, the issue goes away. I know that there are no styles added to those elements, thats why it looks strange. Running multisite where I have added customer reviews to one of them. Another one looks just the same but without the plugin activated and no such issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your additional information.

    Can you please share some screenshots of the issue before/after activating our plugin?

    For example: on my view, the font bolder of the Add to Cart button on the product page is affected by the style of the Flatsome theme, not our plugin. Please check this screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/fiaBt19Yzpm1aZtXSNEVVd8cdv0hD0

    I recommend you check in a fresh WordPress install with our plugin activated and see if the issue persists.

    There seems to be slight difference which goes away after plugin is deactivated. I have never ran into such “visual” differences. I know the plugin works fine with fresh WP, and most of the themes I have used it on.

    I will do some debugging on demo site to see if any other plugins might be affecting it and customer reviews just kind of “triggers” it.
