Font loads late

Something changed in the past few months to cause my fonts to lazy load on all pages of my website. I believe this has to do with the Cuztomizr theme and maybe how it’s using fonts with display=swap perhaps?

You can easily reproduce by going to any page on my website and looking at the logo in the upper left and how the font changes a few seconds after first paint.

Does anyone know how to easily fix this?
