    Hey πŸ™‚

I just created my new website with flotheme and everything works fine except of the fonts on mobile phones. On the desktop all the fonts work fine but on mobile somehow the are all different and I have no idea why. I already asked the flotheme-support and they helped a bit but told me, that the problem is nothing from them. So maybe someone of you can help me. I wanted to show you the screenshot they sent me but it always says “File upload is disabled.”

I only used the fonts from flotheme.

    Thank you for your help!

  • On desktop as well as mobile a font called “HKGrotesk-Regular” is used. However, its font file is incorrectly included, which is why many browsers (including my Firefox on desktop) do not load this font file. The incorrect integration is due to the domain: it is loaded without a www subdomain while the web page is called with www.

As far as I can see, the code responsible for this is generated by the “flo flex” builder. So the misconfiguration is with them. If and how you can adjust this, I can’t tell you because I don’t know this builder. Their support must be able to recognize this and describe the procedure to you.

By the way, there is also a general German support forum here: https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/
