Foo Box not installing/ showing itself

I installed FooGallery and Foo Box Light both locally and online. I can see foogallery and make a gallery, but I don’t see FooBox appear anywhere for configuring / using. From what I’ve been able to learn, foobox is supposed to appear under “Settings” menu on the main menu, but it’s not.
