 * The donation plugin is for some reason adding my FooEvents attendee fields to
   the bottom of the widget. See screen grab [https://imgur.com/a/EvAPGha](https://imgur.com/a/EvAPGha),

 * I am also submitt9ing this to FooEvents also because I am not certain who isn’t
   compatible with who.

 * I wanted to add that the attendee fields only show when I have an event in the
   cart and also try to donate via the widget. Basically having both in the cart
   adds the extra fields.

 * Additional note:
 * This only occurs when there is an event in the cart and then you try and donate
   via the widget. It’s grabbing the attendee field from WooCommerce perhaps? FooEvents
   has an attendee field in their checkout process.

 * Hi relic61,
 * thanks for reaching out.
   These additional fields are added by the FooEvents plugin
   if there is an event is in the cart. The donation form is using the checkout
   fields provided by WooCommerce. Can you please try donation form style 4 to resolve
   the issue? You can also check out this documentation article to learn more about
   conditional checkout fields: [https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/troubleshooting/conditional-fields-on-checkout/](https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/troubleshooting/conditional-fields-on-checkout/)
 * Best,
   Jonas
