Sure – follow these steps:
- Go to Appearance > Menus, and create a new menu, for example “Footer”.
- Now go to Appearance > Widgets, and add a “Custom Menu” widget to the “Footer – Last” area.
- Select the newly created menu “Footer” from the dropdown. Save the widget.
- Now go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and add the following code
.footer-row-3-center ul { text-align:center; }
.footer-row-3-center ul li { display:inline; padding:5px; }
.footer-row-3-center .menu-social-container ul li { padding-left:0px; padding-right:0px; }
